工作职责
1. 策划品牌整合营销策略,满足品牌发展需求,助推品牌发展。
2. 进行小红书、Facebook、Instagram、微博、微信官方账号等社交媒体平台的运营,并策划运营策略。
3. 策划并开展重大节日、热点事件的广告宣传,包括线上、线下活动。
4. 完成品牌营销经理安排的其他营销工作。

1. 本科及以上学历,英语书面及口头表达流利。有化妆品、快速消费品、日化品牌或广告公司工作经验者优先。

Marketing Trainee
Job Responsibility:
1.Plan brand integrated marketing strategies to meet the needs of brand development, thus boost the brand.
2.Conduct the operations for social media platform, such as Red, Facebook, Instagram, Weibo and Wechat official accounts, and plan operation strategies.
3.Plan and carry out advertising campaign, including online and offline activities, on major festivals and hot events.
4.Complete other marketing work as arranged by the Brand Marketing Manager.
Job requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree and above, fluency in English both written and verbal. Experiences in cosmetics, FMCG, daily chemical brands or advertising agency is preferred.
2.Passion on the FMCGs industry, willing to develop from long-term.
3.Strong social media sense and content creation and promotion capability in top social media platform.
4.Familar at photographing and video editing. Good at using video editing software is preferred.

E-commerce Trainee
Job responsibilities
1.Develop the marketing and promotion strategies on the cyber applications and website (Tmall, Tiktok, etc.), through using the platform resources.
2.Conduct and responsible of the marketing campaign’s planning and implementation, based on the all kinds of on-sales activities period arrangement.
3.Data monitoring: marketing data, conversion rate, product management, customer management, etc.
4.Maintain the positive interactions with the E-commerce platform (Tmall/ Tiktok, etc.) staffs.
5.Generate the analysis reports through gathering competitor’s information.
Job requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree and above, fluency in English both written and verbal. Experiences in e-commerce, marketing, statistics related majors is preferred.

工作职责:
1. 根据业务需求开发和维护创意设计素材,包括产品详情页设计、电商平台(天猫/抖音)线上旗舰店设计等。
2. 熟练掌握各种网络页面和海报的绘制,包括 H5、创意海报、微博创意形象、品牌形象海报设计等。
3. 熟练处理电商平台方面的业务图表维护和优化。
4. 具备牢固的创意逻辑,能准确表达设计思路,在节假日、换季、店铺促销等方面制作相应的活动模板。
5. 协调内部相关人员完成各项任务,包括促销活动的平面支持、线下销售需求的设计任务等。

Job Responsibility:
1.Develop and maintain the creative design materials based on the business demand, including product detail page design and online flagship design on the e-commerce platform (Tmall/Tik-Tok).
2.Master in drafting of various cyber pages and posters, including H5, creative posters, Weibo creative image, and brand image poster design.
3.Skills in processing of the business graphs maintains and optimizations in terms of the e-commerce platform.
4.Firm and fundamental creative logics, could accurately express design ideas in terms of the holidays, seasonal change, store promotion and other production
of appropriate activities templates.5.Coordinate with internal stakeholders to complete various missions, including the graphic support for promotional activities, and design tasks for offline sales requirements.

1.Bachelor’s degree and above, fluency in English both written and verbal. Major in the Design-related are preferred (visual communication, art, painting,etc..)
